if you´re making a trip to the alhambra, its literally 3 minutes away so its a great place. the staff was really nice and he was really helpful. but the room was really cold and there were 2 big water marks on my sheets and later i learned that another room flooded. also there were pieces of hair on my sheets so i dont believe they washed the sheets.

Arrived at 9am and waited until 3:30 pm for our room. We were legitimately the absolute last group to be checked into their room, though we were CLEARLY waiting the longest. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the rooms were FREEZING cold. Got what we paid for, I suppose, but wouldn't recommend it.

Rooms are really cold, extremely small. Staff moved other guests' luggage without asking, also didn't have any record of our HostelWorld reservation. The following day, we called the "boss" to complain and she essentially told us not to bother her during her lunch and that she wouldn't come to our house and tell us how to run things.

You could be paying the same price for a much more fun hostel, with more than a biscuit for breakfast, and in a better location. It did have a nice view.

Pretty decent for the price, though it's not great. It is nice to be up near the Alhambra, but if I go back I would probably stay at another place closer to the centre of town as it is much more convenient.

It is very nice place and location for only those who want to visit AlHamra. But if someone wants to stay more and visit other places as well, might be better to stay somewhere more close to centre. It is clean, simple and good price. I would stay again if I go for short-time visit to Granada.

Unfortunately the water in the bathrooms didn't work for one day, so that we had to wait until evening for taking showers. Everything else was pretty good.

a little bit difficult to find out. But if you find the street that this hostel on, you can easily to get there. Totaly it is in front of Alhambra. It takes 3 min to go to ticket office. There is pool, if it ios summer , you can swim in. Simple breakfast included, muffin and coffee. It was nice price.

The only thing to recommend this hostel is it's brilliant location. Sadly, they have not decided to utilise this and the place seems run down and the staff disinterested in customer satisfaction (or even their jobs). The toilet stank and the room was less than average. But with a bit of work, this hostel could really be something.
