Do not expect towel, Internet, neither breakfast, even so called double bed is small... on the other side it is 100 m from Alhambra entrance...

An inexpensive place to stay, but definitely not recommendable. This started as a funny story, but later turned terribly annoying: 1) the two ladies in charge I guess, were not able to speak English, or perhaps were not willing to speak. It took me a few minutes to understand they were asking me to show them my identity. I was only hearing their strange laughters until then, the reason of which I still can't understand.

This hostel is all about the price. It was really affordable and the dorms were really nice. The downside is that there´s no kitchen or comfortable communal space and the wifi didn´t reach the dorm rooms so it had to be used in the reception area.

When we arrived it was complicated because they only open 10 am, and we arrived at 7 am, so we stayed outside waiting, but was the only inconvinient thing.

The worst hostel you can go in granada, there's simply nothing... no lockpics no security no cleaning, and it's a bit far to the city center, but near la alhambra! so if you go out at night prepare to call a taxi or a bus!!!

So to begin with, there is no 'Free Internet' as per stated on the Hostelworld page! There is no 'Swimming pool' as per stated on the Hostelworld page! AND the Linen that was supposed to be included for free as per the Hostelworld page was actually a compulsory 1.50euro atop what I was instructed to pay the Hostel by Hostelworld upon my arrival. I wont even touch upon other aspects of the place, because these lies alone are enough to give you an idea of what your in for. Very disappointed.

The hostel itself is average, however the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. There is no "reception" area for help during the day and no activities or suggestions for things to do in the city as every other hostel I have stayed at usually has available. When time to check out came, once again no one was at the front desk so I had to leave a note and the room key because I was in a hurry to catch my train. TINY rooms, far from actual city center, unprofessional atmosphere overall.

We got a private room that didn\'t have any character. We were only given one room key and had to call the hostel (which cost money) to enter on the second day. We had a hard time finding it because there was no sign with the hostels name on it. They did not have a credit card machine and the lady at the desk only spoke Spanish. The website did not tell us any of this information so we were not prepared to pay cash, or have trouble finding the place, etc.

This place is good for a one night stay if all you want to see is the Alhambra...NO WIFI or Internet, so make sure you plan an out before entering...the place was very dark and quiet. I never saw the staff and felt like I was sneaking in, because the door was wide open, every time I entered...it was more of a Days Inn than a hostel...also difficult instructions to follow and cost €2,40 bus ride to get there, you could walk if your into the 75 degree incline

To start off there was no wii, not even a tv, absolutely no internet access free or to pay towels were not included. Over all the whole profile needs to be updated on Hostels.com for this pension. My room was like a jail cell the bathroom door could not be shut if you were using the toilet because it was that small. It was absolutely FREEZING so if you go in winter bring lots of layers for sleeping. The elevator is broken and the pool was closed. Pay a few euros more and stay elsewhere.

I arrived to the hostel, and there was a strange lady and she told me that she was the new owner of the hotel, because the other ones left a debt there, and she didn't have my reservation, so I had to look for another hotel, I have claimed to hostelworld, but they didn't returned to me the money of my reservation!

this place has a lovely walk into town, and is near a great view point, and the people working there were sweet.

Located right next to the Alhambra but quite far away from down down. Good place if your only looking to sleep before or after visiting the alhambra, not so nice if you're trying to experience the Granada night life. Sheet not welcoming, bring your own sleeping bag. No atmosphere, no service.

Even if it's close to the Alhambra to be quickly in the line and buy your ticket, this place offers the very minimum service : a bed, without any warm blancket, no heating system, no breakfast... A bit inhospitable.
