Should provide shoes locker instead of shoes rack to avoid shoes stealing case. Should not leave the master key or any key of the room on the table, it can be stolen easily. Should keep the rooms surrounding under surveillance not only by cctv but human being must be there all the time for security purpose.

Simple but one of the best, the hostel is minutes away from the nearest MRT station (Lavender) - the main subway route connecting to airport and town. Hostel provided a lot of facilities, such as Ezlink card, free use of phone, laptop, free breakfast and 24hour coffee, there is also free wifi and big communal lounge and outdoor sitting area. And also hostel service especially the hostel attendants were very courteous and welcoming.

The hostel did not leave up to our expectation. We were downgraded by the Indian receptionist from 6-bed room capacity to 8-bed. The air conditioner leaked and our bed including our things got soaked. Toilet is not well maintained. Kitchen is undergoing repair. We had to check-in to another hostel because the receptionist has the key to our room and we couldn't get in, because no one was around. No 24-hour receptionist on duty.

It's very close to Lavender MRT, easy for getting around. The room was clean and nicely organised. But the toilet and bathroom should be improved in cleanliness.

Excellent hostel - easily amongst the better ones of Singapore. Very secure and organized. Great layout for meeting people. If they keep the toilets - which gets wet and muddy sometimes - cleaner, this would one of the best hostels of Singapore

Loved this place. Singapore is actually a very compact city with an excellent public transit (MRT) system, so I found the location of this hostel right around the corner from Lavender Station to be perfect. There's also a really cheap food court in the main building at the base of Lavender Station (ground floor level). Staff were excellent, place was clean and tidy (there's even shampoo and soap dispensers in the showers). Lockers and electrical points by the beds are cool.

Very clean because everybody don't wear shoes inside. The Beds in the 4dorm are new wooden made and wide. The Hostel is close to the Levander station and also to the very cheap and relaxed public "little India" pool.

The first day I arrived, a girl didn't check out and take the keys away so that I got no room till 11 pm ! Tho I'm not satisfied with their management, the staff was really friendly. As to facilities, 4 bathrooms which is fairly enough but kitchen is crappy, no refrig, no cookers... U can't try to cook anything there except having some toast and milk they offered. Well, except the facility and management, everything went out just fine. Overall, still recommend.

Satisfied with my stay there. Nice Ikea style bed. Strong Aircon which is a huge plus. Good Wifi signal everywhere. It is also reasonably clean. For the price it is money well spent. As for location, it is only just a few stops away by MRT train to tourist hotspot.
