Great location, extremely clean hostel, friendly staff. There is a continental style breakfast which has cereal, toasts, and oatmeal. They also give you passes for the busses during your stay! Each person also gets two coins for hot drinks, laundry, or computer stations. The kitchen has four different stoves tops...but can still be crazy trying to cook dinner at night. :) Definitely recommend for your stay in Interlaken.
Nice clean hostel and friendly staff. The bathrooms on my floor were being renovated so had to go one floor down or two floors up to use the toilet or shower. The tokens are a good idea so you can have a hot drink or do your laundry. Only suggestion would be more pots and pans in the kitchen, some nationalities use the pot/pan to eat or serve from so it can be a long wait to cook your dinner by the time they cook, eat and then clean up.
I enjoyed my stay here so much, I stayed here two additional nights. Great staff and great location. Couldn't ask for more.
Really enjoyed this place. It's what hostels should be. Easily one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in across Europe. Definitely a bit pricey but it is Switzerland and was much cheaper than most other options. Super clean and modern. Nice amenities (lattes, breakfast, wifi everywhere) and plenty of space to hang out. Kitchen well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful for whatever you need (even booming activities for you). Highly recommend.

Very comprehensive, you can get most what you need in this hostel and almost free! Truly satisfied and pleasant stay!
This hostel was very chill quite like the town of Iterlaken itself. The facilities were very clean and spacious. The hostel is about a 15 minute stroll through town from Interlaken Ost. If you're looking for a party hostel this is not the place but then again neither is Interlaken. The town can be quite expensive to eat out so prepare to cook in the large kitchen but get there quickly, everyone is thinking the same. The staff was incredible, especially Daniel, very helpful.
Great hostel! Staffs are great, friendly and very nice! Room has big lockers and really really comfortable bed, I had a really nice 5days sleep. Wifi, a big tumbs up!They have free lockers for luggage storrage which is very thoughtful. The only slight negative is that there are too many koreans, thus it is a little difficult to meet people. But still, overall I had a really great stay.
Hostel ia very clean and confortable. Staff is great.

Wonderful hostel. One of the best and most professional I've stayed in.
Everything is so good there, beautiful garden with awesome views, location is good convenient to traveller! I like it and definitely will come back
Rooms, facilities and location were all very good, however felt more like a hotel. Perfect for groups but look elsewhere if you are looking for a hostel to meet fellow travellers
A great hostel. Switzerland is expensive in general so you'd expect to pay more anywhere so this is a great option. A decent breakfast is included plus you're given tokens on arrival to be used for laundry, hot drinks etc which is a great system. The kitchens are really well equipped so you can easily avoid expensive restaurants. Wifi works in dorms and there is plenty of communal area plus are garden! Definitely recommend!
This hostel is well located, clean, secure, and pretty with really kind and helpful staff. It would be a fabulous place to stay in a group of 2 or more people but it's tough for a solo traveler looking to meet other people to adventure with. The vast majority of the other guests socialize in Korean or Chinese so for an English speaker it was pretty lonely. Other than that it's a superb hostel.
Great, clean hostel. Upon arrival, you get two tokens per night which you can exchange for laundry or hot drinks. Free laundry, yes please! Good kitchen, nice rooms. Would stay again.
This hostel has a best facilities ever. And not that far from station. they also have lovely receiptionists. I love them. You can drink coffee & make laundry almost freely.
Great hostel. Staff were super friendly and helpful with booking our trip to the top of Jungfrau via train. Breakfast is great with a good variety of options available but requires a toaster. Rooms were warm and cosy and a fair size for dorms. Kitchen was very busy from 6pm with many travelers choosing to cook their own meals. Wifi throughout.
This is the one and only hostel in Europe for which I have given a 100% rating. Just stay here! extremely friendly staff, awesome breakfast, nice location just a 5 min walk from ost station. So many facilities. Brilliant experience!
I stayed in an all female dorm in the new wing of the building and loved it! I loved the staff, loved the big lockers in the rooms, the best lockers of any hostel I've stayed in so far. I also loved the entrance hangout area and the breakfast. I only wish that besides the shower/toilet inside the bedroom that there would be at least one other shower/toilet outside the bedroom. Six girls getting up and getting ready at the same time was a bit chaotic, an extra bathroom outside would have helped.
The breakfast here was a pretty good source of energy for hiking and outdoor activities. The laundry facilities were nice as well. The paragliding company SkyWings picked us up right there too.
This was a great hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I met some great people. Even though I didn't use everything, the fact that they give you free public transport tickets and access to the pool and other places was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
