The staff was very nice and very accommodating to our needs. They checked us in early and were really helpful with fun things to do around the city. Best location too!

By far the best hostel I have stayed in so far! For the price there was a lot of extra stuff and the staff there are very nice.

New looking hostel, vibe in there is a bit dull. Not a party hostel, but not even a much of a socialising hostel. Not a massive variety of guests. Staff are great, facilities are great, and it's basically directly in the centre of Interlaken, so no complaints there.

Great hostel. I booked one night and then I loved it so I booked two more nights. Free breakfast, free laundry with the tokens the give you. Two outlets per person and more on the wall. Great fast wifi. Great staff. Comfy beds and comforters. Tons of stoves in the kitchen. Just a great place to stay as you go out and explore Switzerland. I'll be back!

Andrina and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly which added to the experience. One night got a bit rowdy due to a bunch of kids running around screaming - no staff around at nights to monitor this stuff. Normally wouldn't care but of course is what the night before my 6 am train. Highly recommend overall.

Really enjoyed staying in this hostel, had all the facilities including a reasonable rate for laundry and as it rained for whole two days I was in Interlaken, I spent a lot of my time in the hostel.

The hostel has great facilities and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Definitely a family oriented hostel though, so expect lots of kids and parents mingling in the kitchen. Definitely a great price for what you typically receive in Switzerland!

Great location, just a 15 minute walk from OST train station. Excellent cleanliness and facilities. You are given tokens that you can use to wash / dry clothes for free. Free breakfast always appreciated. You are also given free access to buses and other facilities during your stay.

This place is amazing. It is at the middle between the train station Interlake ost and Interlake west. There are many restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir shops and watch selling shops around this area. It really easy to go there by bus NO.102 when the first day you come to Interlaken with the big luggage because the bus stop is at the front of this hostel. After we check in, they will give us their coin "a villa coin" that we can use for an internet and coffee making machine.

The Villa was awesome. Great location in the middle of town. They have a movie room that's nice for slow days and the morning breakfast is quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful for suggesting things to do, places to go etc.

Probably the nicest hostel we stayed at in four months in Europe. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Plenty of outlets, good location, etc. all combined for a great stay!
