only gave it a good on Facilities cause the showers are is not perfect. but ive had this many times before in hostels so it was not big deal. the location is the great. owner seems nice. to bad ill miss the new paint job. next time I guess.

I don't know what people are complaining about with this hostel. its great and across the street from the bus station. The showers are a bit of a trick but they tried to help the environment.just use the farthest one. it works the best. I watched the staff clean often. Brian, the manager seems to be a good guy and knows Toronto well.

The hostel is dirty, VERY dirty. We found hair in our mattress, and hair from the genital area in the sheet. DISGUSTING. Only two bathrooms and no hot water. I would NEVER recommend it.

The location is VERY good and the staff was very helpful. The hostel is small and comfortable. I would go back.

It is situated near Downtown Very good location! But the host is impolite, unaffable and suck!!

The shower situation is a major problem, it encourages people in the hostel not to shower, and than can cause major hygiene and health problems for the hostel. There is a bad smell throughout the hostel and in the rooms. And though the staff clean it daily, it still feels very dirty. Security is a major issue, with very sketchy people coming and going. The week I was there, the DVD's in the hostel went missing. And someone attempted to steal someone elses luggage, while I was up late.

Showers are very cold (as in not hot at all).

Worst hostel I've stayed at. Only good thing about it was the location. I checked in at about 10.30pm and was exhausted so went to bed but the staff were being so loud next door and I found it impossible to fall asleep. Bathroom was tiny, cramped and definitely NOT clean. Showers were cold and located practically in the kitchen? Bizzare. I was booked into an all female dorm but on my second night a male/female couple were in one of the lower bunks next to me. I checked out early it was so BAD!!

WORST,HOSTEL.EVER.DO NOT STAY HERE
