This was my second stay in this hostel. Clean, basic, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi coverage in both guest rooms and common areas. Good facilities in kitchen and nice lounge.

Great breakfast and free coffee all day! close to Lavender MRT which gets you everywhere. clean, and friendly reception staff.

Great location right next to lavender station which is only couple stops from the centre of SG. Also near bugis which is a nice area to eat and drink. The hostel could have been cleaner but it didn't really bother me. Wifi was great and toast for breakfast. Showers weren't hot though. Someone had their iPad stolen in my dorm but they should have put it in the locker so their fault really. Wasn't much of an atmosphere but I was visiting friends anyway. Nice outdoor area and good info on SG.

Hi, we investigated your concern on shower, it happened because one of our repeat guest, an eco friendly pal, switched off the heater switch to save electricity. All showers in the hostel are hot showers, but need to turn on the switch if it is off. the guest found his iPad, he misplaced it....

The hoste is fantastic. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. The staff are very helpful and offer lots of advice.

Breakfast was bread and coffee like everywhere else. Security excellent and staff was nice. Price could be a little bit lower, but it's Singapore so...

I stayed here for 3 days and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is great if I just have more time I can go around the whole city and go back to the hostel hassle free because it is really near the MRT.

I stayed in the mix 8 dorm, the room is very clean and the bunk bed is comfy. All the staff were really helpful and very friendly. The facilities were great and they have MRT card for free loan. It is in a nice area, close to Lavender MRT. The hostel is sometimes a little quiet, but good for resting.

It was a typical hostel, nothing special. The location wasn't ideal for the city, but taxis are so cheap it was super easy to get around the city.

This is a friendly little hostel situated in a quiet location about 5 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station, right along the line from airport. It's conveniently located to access most part of the city, and have several food courts and supermarket nearby. The staff are all very friendly and they know their city. For a relaxed and budget stay in Singapore, this hostel is definitely a good choice.

This hostel is affordable and value for money. The location is nearby many eating places and there is a MRT station, which runs directly from airport. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The room is clean and bed is comfy. Free breakfast is good.

Good hostel near MRT station wich gives you all the possibilities to explore Singapore. Staff was very helpful and gave good tips where to go and what to see. Breakfast (toast with MANY different toppings) was included and warm shower, A/C in dorms and good hang-out area. I really enjoyed my time in Singapore, thanks to this hostel.

They change my reservation without notice, when I complain they recommend to see other place, the staff is not friendly, but if you are tall and blonde you will get a conversation, if not, not even a "hi" back, the ambient is not comfortable, the hostel is break in 3 building, different floor, hard to meet people, the wifi and breakfast is ok, the carpet of the bathroom is gross (change it, it's cheap)

Several guests complained about cleanliness in November, the cleaner who was not doing the right thing was sacked. our front desk staff are friendly and we follow the practice of mutual respect. I noted your reservation was not changed except upgraded to a 4-bed dorm from 8-bed dorm, there may be some misunderstanding at check-in ?

Booked this one at the last minute. Really cool place, great staff. Totally close to the MRT (Sub). Just a few quick jumps (MRT) to the Quay and everything else. Very clean, awesome staff.

There were only two showers and two toilets for whole floor. No hot water for one of shower. Staff was average. I didn't feel anything special about this hostel. It is 5mins walk from the station but it was very hard to find at night. No window in the room and no private light for each bed. I couldn't see anything until the last person woke up after 9am because I couldn't turn on the light. I won't stay here again.

The shower without hot water has been fixed. there is actually 7 showers on two floors. we will consider to add small night lamp for the room with no window.

Always feels a little bit strange when you book something and end up getting something else as we were redirected to the twin hostel Travellers SG just 50 meters to the left upon our arrival. Not much to complain about other than that. The place was clean and nice but there was no family-feeling about it.
