The hostel is nice and clean. its located in backpackers area, very easy to find tours and place for eat. Staff are nice and helpfull. They really did their best to make our stay in Vietnam as good as possible. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting hcmc

Stayed in five bed mix dorm. Beds were spacious and clean and so were bathroom and shower. Cleaning staff came every morning to empty bins and make beds. Free breakfast (nothing special but you can't go wrong with free!)

I was expecting to pay with credit card. The reception had the Visa logo. When I ask if I could pay with credit card the recpionist at the desk said you must pay cash up front. I then said I will go to another hostel, and can I please have my passport back. She refused to hand over my passport, and said that I must pay her four days of room rate which I had booked for. She would not hand over my passport until I paid up four days worth of booking.

this is my worst ever experience, the staff is very unfriendly. And I booked a 5 bed female room, when I arrived they sent me to a 9 bed mixed room, when I asked to fix it, they ignored my request completely.

The Lady who runs the place is just not able to manage it. Stayed there 2 nights and she had both times overbooked the room so we stayed with 11 in a 9 bed dorm. She seemed very stressed and was rude to a lot of people

The rooms are okay, but the owner is certainly not. During our stay there we encountered many difficulties, but the biggest one happened when we checked out. We were overcharged by 150 %, and when we were calmly trying to explain this (having all the receipts to prove it) the owner went ballistic. She ripped our receipt and started screaming false accusations at us. She got so aggressive we (as 3 young girls) got scared and went to get help. We didn't get our money back, though.DO NOT GO THERE!

This place is not only disgusting but the owner is rude and aggressive. The toilets and showers are in the bedroom separated by only thin plastic. They all leak and smell. Hence when you step on a floor board in the room brown dirty water oozes out. When we said we would only stay for the one night the hostel owner went crazy. Screaming, throwing things, refusing us our passports. There was also another couple there who she had sold a fake trip to and was refusing a refund.A very bad experience
