Excellent stay in a conveniently located, sparklingly clean apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were everything that one could hope for from an apartment.

The location is very convenient and the room is cozy and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The old building has a special characteristic of old castle.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay!!! :)))))))) The apartment is clean, colourful and is located close to the U-bahn and Westbahnhof!!! Thank u Bag and Map team for your smiles and kindly help by showing us the little secret places for eat and coffee drink, which are not included in the map!!! :)))))))) We had a great time in Vien!!! :))))))))

Nice apartment, clean and quiet, close to U-Bahn. I guess, it's a good choice especially for a long stay.

Cheap and nice. Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Close to the Underground station and bus station to the center.

Bag and Map was very clean and nice. It is very close to the metro, which is convenient to get to the center of town. There was a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and dishes shared with the other room and office. Great stay!

Great value for money! The room and bathroom look newly done up. Towels were provided and changed once which was a nice touch. Our room was even cleaned during our stay! The location is good as it is the near a U6 which is only one stop away from the west bannhof. Overall we loved our stay and and would stay here again in the future. Our only complaint would be that from around 8.30am the staff do a lot of walking around and locking and unlocking doors which used to wake us up.

We wish we would've signed their guest book to tell them it was brilliant! The cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in. The apartment had more amenities than it said it had, it looked better than the pics and it's location was honest. Plus the staff was perfect - courteous, efficient, approachable, available and unobtrusive. An exceptional value for money!!

Very very friendly staff. Very clean place. Close to metro U6 Burgasse. Too bad we booked a double bed and recieved twins.

The staff was very friendly, they helped us feel like home. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the facilities in the kitchen. Not far from the U-Bahn stations.

This hostel is great! Good location - about 20 min (walking) from the city center, staff is really nice and helpful, apartment is new with kitchen and bathroom, very clean. It's the best choice, if you travel with family or partner and want some peace.
