Great staff that were very helpful. The rooftop patio/bar is a great place to sit, drink, hangout, and meet other travelers. The location is in a very beautiful area and the sunrise view is amazing!

Absolute perfection!!! There are no other words to describe this hostel. My room was fantastic.. The common area is great. Free breakfast is fantastic. The evening activities (organised by lovely staff!) are great. Staff are amazing, and always there to help. Thank you SO much Bahaus hostel!

Fantastic hostel! Loved everything about it! Staff were so helpful, facilities were fantastic and the overall vibe was great. Haven't had a better breakfast and shower during my trip through Europe.

Stuning sea view from their rooftop bar. The communal room is super cozy and ideal to meet other travellers. The staff provided us really useful tips and guidance. During my stay staff members organized what they call a pub crawl, a nice opportunity to get to know other guest while partying in the best places of Istanbul, crazy nightlife btw :). The rooms are comfy and spotless, thumbs up for the guy at the reception as well, always polite and friendly. Bahaus I'll be back!

The hostel is ideally located, within walking distance to the main touristic attractions. I enjoyed the nice and spacious bathroom and the comfortables matresses in our dorm. The staff members were very friendly and one of them even went beyond his role, by showing to my friends and I places off the beaten tracks during his day off. Amazing experience, unforgettable hidden rooftop close to the grand bazaar with a perfect view on the golden horn! Without a doubt the best hostel I stayed in.

Great hostel! The hostel is located very close to both Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, and so many other things! friendly and helpful staff, Great rooftop bar, big rooms with comfy beds and great location If youre in Istanbul, stay here! Don't bother staying anywhere else.

A great stay at Bahaus! so much so that I stayed 8 nights instead of my original 3! The staff were very friendly and happy to help with my travel questions. The hostel was clean and the mattresses super comfortable. I liked the idea of the blinds, which provided a nice touch of privacy. The upstairs bar was spacious and oozed character. I also loved the b/fast, which had plenty of variety in the form of eggs, ham, cheeses, fruit, bread with nutella, cereal, halva and coffee. Go Bahaus!

Bahaus is one of the best hostel İ've stayed in so far. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, its location is ideal, within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. They organize awesome activities for guests to get to know each other and guided us through Istanbul nightlife, saving us a great deal of time and money by showing us the best clubs and bars around. Really great memories, I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Mia, Manu and Bahre!

Great hostel. I stayed for a week at Bahaus and met awsome people, both, the ones working at the hostel and guests. The 4-bed room was a good choice. I particularly like the bar on the top of the building with an amasing terrace view to the sea, comfortable lounge area and good music. The breakfast in Turkish style makes a difference. Really well located. After a tour around Turkey, I'm more likely to return to the Bahaus Hostel.

Good staff, especially the policy of hiring international people. As to negatives: I stayed in 8 bed dorm and 4 beds were devoted to staff. So, taking into account that it was a low season and there few guests, we all were crouded in one room. Also, the door lock to the room made quite a noice that could disrupt sleeping.

This was my second time in Istanbul and second time here! Great location and the staff go out of their ways to make you feel at home.

I love this hostel! We met some really great people and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great to have a free breakfast. The roof top bar area, rooms and bathrooms were all really clean and spacious. The wifi and the location were awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the hostel! Highly recommended! The view from the top floor was fabulous.
