Hostel Bahaus was awesome. Very good location for all the sightseeing in Sultanahmet. Friendly staff, always helpful, all of them speak English and they're always there when you need them. Rooms and toilets/showers are clean. The rooftop bar is a gem.

Amazing staff, great location, good atmosphere. More than willing to help out in any way and give advice, they knew everyone's names and liked to joke around and have fun. Good value for dinner and free pub crawl (you only paying for the shuttle service ) roof top area was great with fantastic view, it was a pleasure. Awesome to feel so welcome in a foreign country.

I really loved this hostel! Never been in a hostel with an atmosphere that good. It feels really homey, thanks to the really cool and sweet staff. Everything was really well-cleaned, such as the dorms and bathrooms. I also liked the free breakfast they had. If I'd go to Istanbul again, I would definitely come back to this hostel!

A very nice hostel in the heart of the Istanbul old town, a few minutes walk from the major sights. The staff were helpful, the hostel itself decent with the rooftop terrace a particular highlight. We stayed in a double room, shared bathroom - it was quite clean, had all the necessary furniture, a locker etc. A place worth recommending for a nice stay in Istanbul.

This hostel is perfectly located if you wish to see the sites. The blue Mosque is literally a 3 minute walk away. The area is beautiful and you feel extremely safe, which is important if you are travelling alone. The hostel itself is well run, they clean every day, there is water available and having the curtains around your bed is fantastic. The roof top bar is also pretty incredible and a great way to meet people. The staff are also fantastic and happy to help in any way that they can.

I stayed at Bahaus for two weeks and was well looked after by the great team. Excellent location and cool rooftop chill out area. Spacious Dorm rooms with very good shower/ toilet facilities.

The walking tour of Istanbul was fantastic and took me off the well known tourist path. Definitely a highlight of my time in Istanbul and great that this was offered by the hostel.

I stay in the 14 bed dorm. It was pretty annoying because they were doing some renovations throughout the first day i arrived after not sleeping for a couple of days. Would have appreciated somewhere quiet to sleep. Despite being in such a big room with 3 ensuite bathrooms, they managed to keep it very clean. The staff was very helpful. Great location. Great place to meet new friends!

The best hostel we stayed in so far. The room was perfect, very spacious and clean. I very much liked the bathroom. Its so clean and hygenic, roof top bar was fantastic, breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hostel and you can't beat the location! I would definitely recommend it

Fabulous hostel, felt like at home. Really helpful staff. Lovely breakfast (eggs, nutella, fruit juice) and great facilities. By far the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in

Overall it's very nice to stay there, and the receptionist name Tugi was very kind, just like friend to us, but here is some suggestion for the property, change the internet computer with the fastest one, the living room could be changed with the fresh colour, and the way upstair could be more bright with a new lamp....

I can give nothing but excellent reviews to this hostel. Hands-down the best hostel experience I ever had in my entire trip.

We were staying in Bahaus on April 2013 for one week. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was friendly. Rooms and terrace at the roof were cosy and we liked the style. Breakfast was good and our room was clean and beds were good. Location was excellent. Atmosphere was excellent! Thank you!

Well...its the best hostel i ever stayed Location, cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff - you are really couldnt want more from your hostel. And of course, its sterile bathroom Staff will help you with EVERY problem, really 24 hours reception. no extra charge more, even print and international calls are for free!! Fantastic view and stylish roof top and very comfortable and cozy sleeping rooms. Bahaus Hostel Istanbul, thank you!!! I will definitely be back.

Probably the best staff that I've already met in a hostel.
