A very nice and warming apartment to stay.
It has 35m2 and it has been completely renovated to include the following:
- a living room with a versatile double sofa-bed, dining table, flat screen satellite TV, dvd and hifi stereo. The sofa bed can be converted into a double bed (with two mattresses) or into two single beds;
- a folded single bed;
- a kitchen with all you need (electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer);
- a bathroom with a shower.
In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.
Internet cable access available for those who have their own laptop compatible equipment.
We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde.

This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

additional 45 for check-in from 00:00 AM to 8:30 AM everyday
additional 25 for check-in on Week-ends and on Portuguese public holidays till 9:30 PM
