The easiest way to get to the apartment from the airport is to take aerobus to Rossio. Take a look and walk in direction to the theater.
After walk about 5 minutes in Rua do Arco de Graça and you will see some really large stairs (6 meters wide).
The apartment is at the top of the stairs!
