Very nice colourful homestay! The couple who run this homestay has travelled many times so they know what you need. You can use everything and everything is clean. The terrace is very nice and the room is good. When you arrive they give you a map and a lot of useful tips where you really have to go to in Valencia. The horchata at Daniels is excellent! It's close by a metrostation and you can walk to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. I should really recommend this place to other people!

We had a really good stay. Loved the facility of the balcony and got some really good advice from the hosts who were extremely welcoming. However I’d advise other guests that you definitely feel as if you are living in someone’s home which has advantages, but also can feel slightly awkward at times, especially at weekends and if you are the only ones staying.

blown away by how incredibly nice the owners were and we felt very at home. They also have an amazing knowledge of the city and they were more than willing to give us pointers and advice on the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cuba Homestay, the two owners were very friendly and happy to explain us everything we needed to know about the city. We appreciated that the couple made us feel like staying at our homeplace. The kitchen facilities provided us with all the necessary stuff (except for the oven), and the sunny terrasse is perfect to enjoy the breakfast in the morning or a drink at night! Thanks for the friendly accomodation, we will recommend your homestay!

We had a very good time at Cuba Homestay. The couple was very friendly and their hospitality was great. we really enjoyed staying there, everything was just around the corner, bar, bus, metro, shops etc.

Robero, the owner, is not only a resident and somebody who works there, but he is a real friend. Always redy to answer all the questions, help you with some proposals about Valencia, where to eat, what to see, etc. He will be willing to have a chat and a drink with you on the terrase, which is very nice. The rooms and fasility are nice and clean. With Roberto, we were not his costumers, but his roomates and friends. If anyone goes there, say hello in our name. Damir&Maja, Slovenia

Had a great time here and would definitely come back!

It is more like a homestay but the place is very nice and make us feel very confortable. It is a perfect spot if u wanna spend some days on the beach coz it is very close and quite convinient for the center also. The terrace is so cool, we had breakfrast there everyday and clean. We need a bed and we had a bed. I would come back

I went with my boyfriend and we were expecting a lovely place with a good atmosphere and facilities...Eventually we were really desappointed because of the tiny bedroom without air conditionning so hot that it's impossible to sleep... Nothing for the breakfast except corn flakes without milk or even juice to drink... And when we wanted to cancel some nights the owner that we didn't even meet refused to give us money back...

Just to make it clear, this is some guy's appartment. Don't be fooled by the lovely terrace photos. It's incredibly sunny during the day time, maybe it might be nice during spring, but definitely not in summertime. It was so hot in the house that we were barely able to sleep, no AC, no fan whatsoever. The beds were terrible, the springs were acting on their own. I would never suggest this place to anyone, just find another place and you'll be better off.

Staff was quite helpful. Almost nothing to eat for breakfast. Room was noise as it was right next to the shower and the others guests sometime took showers after mid-night or early in the morning.

Very nice house, next to metro and tram stations. 5 min walk to city center and 7 min from beach on tram. Roberto was very helpful, gave us all the directions and what to see in town. The only thing not good was wifi connection, but hwy we were on vacation, who needs internet! lol

Very comfortable, in an extraordinary position from which you can easily reach every attraction by foot. The owner is really friendly and kind, absolutely suggested!!

Great experience, Roberto was very helpful with helping us find the great sights in Valencia to see in our short stay. House was very welcoming and the patio was a pleasant place to spend our afternoons. Great location near the bars and food (Tu Menu is close by and their food is excellent) it is also a short walk to old town. WiFi signal was not very stable.
