The accommodations were lovely and the staff exceptionally friendly. I will recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to the area.

The atmosphere in the room does not encourage to stay in, meanwhile sometimes the weather does not allow to make trips. If the owners cannot afford to change the ferniture they could add, for example, more colorfull pictures from Island or art. The beds are very comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast is OK. Maybe more Islandic food should be served. The hosts are French, and most of tourists are from France so the atmosphere is French too. The principal owner (madam) is very helpful.

The owners are funny and caring a lot (in quite paternalistic way) about you and your stay. Don't hesitate to ask them anything! They speak French (he is French) and English. Breakfast choice is huge and nice. Really recommend to stay here when in Reykjavik.
