No complaints at all - I paid for a single room and ended up with an apartment! Staff friendly and helpful, particularly when I need an airport transfer at 3am! It has to be said it's not really a family place, but there's plenty of us appreciate that fact and I don't mean it as a criticism!

Arrived at hotel after taking bus ride from Yogyakarta, only to find that our booking had been given away to someone else. A note was left saying we could instead stay at a more expensive place called "The Ducks Nutz". Still not sure if that is a real. All the workers between 8pm-8am speak absolutely zero English. We spent the next two hours finding a place to stay. Next day we went to get hostelworld deposit back, but workers couldn't understand us. Never got it back. Basically the worst!
