This is a cheap place to stay if you want to check out the beaches of Sanur. It's a 10-15 mins walk to the closest beach, but add 5-10 minutes for the more happening places. Very hot showers, staff is OK, but the hotel could use some cleaning and upgrading here and there. Overall, not bad if you're used to backpackers places. There's a lot of older Caucasians hanging out in the bar downstairs (where there is always a Sports TV channel on). This is a cheap place to stay if you want to check out the beaches of Sanur. This hotel is just outside of the main tourist drag of Sanur which I found appealing as it quiet at night, but one could easily walk anywhere in Sanur from there. Staff was helpful, but only a couple of them spoke anything othere than Bahasa. Great if you're looking for a quiet place with not too much noise. The staff is friendly and the owner is an Australian. The rooms are clean. Fresh towels supplied daily. Bali Senia is not located in the center of Sanur, so it's like a 5-8 min walk to the local hang outs of Sanur. The restaurant/bar at Bali Senia has a large screen home theatre system. Overall, it's a nice place, a bit secluded and quiet..which can be good or bad depending on the way you look at it. I liked it.Great if you're looking for a quiet place with not too much noise.
