I guess there was mold in bathroom, the smell was really strong.

Long overdue for refurbishment & redecoration. The pool is interesting but guests complained that the water hurts the eyes a lot, even while they were drunk. I presumed it's due to poor filteration system, or too much chlorine added to avoid regular water change. Simply put, a slight upgrade from backpackers dorm/hostel. Good for teenagers traveling on budget or in my case, a holding area for a night before our checking-in to our villa.

The hotel is very nice, with air con, situated in THE heart of Legian. The only thing is that it is filled with young drunken Aussies on their school holiday.

We only stayed one night in Kuta, which was more than enough for us. We've seen so many awesome places on Bali, but Kuta is the absolute opposite: it's loud, full of tourists, and not very friendly. The hotel was o.k., but nothing special.
