I stayed at Tanaya for one night. The place is well located, in the Kuta shopping district. I stayed in the triple share and our room was lovely. Sheets were clean and neat. The room was big enough for 3 people and their luggage, a safe was provided to store our valuables, and we even had a little TV. Since it was a triple share we had to use the common bathrooms right across the passageway. Only issue was that these were not cleaned regularly! Overall, a nice place. Unfortunately our last experience with the staff in asking for a wake-up call. When we woke up late (almost missing our flight) the concierge said he did call but there was no answer. In addition, our cab was waiting outside for close to an hour without us knowing. A small thing that could easily be improved. Excellent location - 5 mins from beach, 2 mins from bars. Wonderful Staff - nothing was to much for them, they helped with taxis, locations, drivers, activities, everything.
