The location is good. Great breakfast! We had a triple room, which was much better than average. Just one downside, it was supposed to be 3 beds, not 2 beds and one couch! Anyway.. I would come back.

The Staff was unpolite. The room was full (in a place where you could only put 4 people, they manage to put 9). Everyone in the hostel was amazed how the pictures in the site were totaly diferent from the reality. There were bed-bugs everywhere and they said they would "call the man" in some days... Oh! BTW, they tryied to overcharge me for the stay. I paid 4 nights in advenced, and once i was checking-out, they told me i didn´t pay, and showed me the computer where there was an "open account".

Good hostel and lively staff. Security should be more aware because i was locked out for 30 minutes but in the other hand it shows its not that hard to get in i guess. Very good location. Bathrooms were very clean and the drinks kept me going during my intire stay.

Bed bugs in all 3 of the beds I was changed to. After reporting issue we saw other people put in those beds. Very noisy because of bar. Only thing going for it is location. Will be returning to RIo soon again and will Not be staying here.

the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. breakfast was pretty awful with ants on the pre-made up breakfasts and cold coffee. The rooms were dark and dingey and the sheets were super thin and bubbly.

The location is really nice, quite close to the beach and the street seems to be quite. SOme of my things were stolen from the room. Some of personal are friendly and speak english, some are not so polite. The breakfast was good and all in all cleenliness is average, especially strange showers together with the toilet. But if you choose not a big room that can be nice place to stay in Rio.

I think there is a song that describes this hostel: "Cmon barbie, lets go party". I like the staff, the location is perfect, quiet street and good breakfast. Will come back.
