Nice enough hostel good location for copacabana beach and easy access to bus routes taking you to sugarloaf, Christ the redeemer and ipanema. staff helpful and security is pretty good. Lockers are big enough to fit all your things in and dorm rooms are lockable. Toilets could do with a good clean and mattresses are pretty dirty but they do provide clean sheets so overall not too bad. All in all not a bad place to stay in rio.

Compared to other hostels in Brasil poor breakfast and often late. If you want to leave the hostel early for a tour, etc. you have to skip breakfast. Pictures of bathrooms, dorms, etc. look better than they actually are. Some staff members are nice, others were not really helpful.

Very Nice Hostel! One of the best I stayed in Brazil! The staff was so nice and helpfull! I went out with the reception guys and had so much fun! The bar was also ok! The breackfast is not the best in the world, but it worth the price.
