The hostel is quite out of the way of the restaurants, shops and about a 15min walk to the beach. It's the cheapest online and the rooms are ok, new and clean but the surrounding area is like rubble. It's Like the hostel has not been fully refurbished - the reception is the owners kitchen! Also, the bed sheet is very thin, mattress also, the ac unit is very loud and the cockerels outside ensure it is impossible to sleep. Quite expensive given the lack of facilities. No bin or hooks in the rooms.

Hello Madam, We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our place, we are a simple place in a local village area within few mins walk to the beach at station 1, we love our village environment but understand that for those used to city life it might not be for them. As for your room it is simple and we have upgraded you with hot water in the showers. We do not have a formal reception, that is the caretakers house at the front, we are family run and easy-going so that we can keep prices low.

New hostel, further from the beach and cheaper. A lot of cocks in the morning.

The Bambooze Hauz is located beside a residential area of locals, and the path to get to the inn isn't even concrete yet. And the moment we get there the Inn didn't have generators to supply us electricity.

The staff was extremely friendly! The room was clean but we didn't have a lightbulb in the bathroom and there were no clothes hooks or other opportunities to hang our stuff. Furthermore we had no warm water. On the one hand the hostel is near to the nicest part of White Beach, but the houses and construction sides around the hostel look a bit creepy and it's completely dark at night. Next to the hostel is a property with a lot of roosters on it, which crowed so loud we could not sleep.
