What a great place to stay! I booked in for two nights and ended up staying over a week! The hostel has a great family feel which comes from the enthusiasm of both the owners and the staff who get everyone involved in whatever happens to be going on. I was heartbroken to leave but will definitely be going back!!

Bananas is awesome! Definitely one of my favorite hostels I´ve been to. Super laid back vibe. The owners are there as your friend and will guide you to all the cool spots to see, eat, and party. Their bar, location, and friendliness are unmatched. Breakfast is amazing, we even had french toast! Highly recommended, stay here!!

Peter and Debs make this hostel what it is - a really great place to hang out! Superb bar, great parties and an amazing garden to chill in the next day. Really well-located and the staff can help you out with anything and everything. Only problem is that you'll end up being stuck there for far longer than you planned!

I ended up staying on here longer than I meant to; the hostel has a brilliant garden which traps you in (the bar and barbecues help with that) and the staff and guests were great. Having said that, they still made sure I saw plenty of the town, beaches and local waterfalls. Despite being on the main street you enter down a path, so it still feels nicely secluded but it's close to everything. The room was comfortable, clean and everything worked. Breakfast was also good. Thoroughly recommended.

Such an amazing hostel it is very hard to leave! Booked for 1 night and ended up staying 3 more, which was easily arranged by the awesome owners. On arriving, having sat down for a bit, shown around the lovely garden (with hammocks, bar, and apparently even croquet) and given loads of info about the area. All the staff were friendly, helpful and lots of fun. Plenty of breakfast every morning and lovely colourful clean rooms. Definilty coming back as soon as I can, wouldn't stay anywhere else!
