Was staying in an all female dorm with a girl who repeatedly bought strange men back into the bedroom...when I complained to the staff I was laughed at.

Small and a bit dirty dorm room. People living there for longer period had spread their belongings aroung the room, so we felt like trying to stay in somebody's home. Location is good, but no wi-fi is a big disadvantage.
