Really cool place! I've made a reservation for just a week to find student accommodation. But It made me to stay longer here. The atmosphere is great, with fun and various people going in and out. And a great balance between relaxation, doing some fun stuff and quietness. A will definitely recommend this hostel. In addition the view and de aesthetics of Banghoek Place are awesome.

I would kill for a fan that night! The hostel was about 15-20min walk from the center, but in a town without public transport or taxiservice(!) it was a bit long as there was nothing around the hostel it self. The place was cosy and the pool was great!

Lounging by the pool at breakfast and chilling by the braai at night with some great people and a few beers was one of the highlights of my trip to South Africa. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with a hire car.

Great place to stay, quiet, relaxing by the pool, reading on the deck. Helpful staff. 15 minutes walk from town, definately stay 2 days & go on one wine tour with the hostel. Eat at a restaurant called Apprentice in town.

Nice and clean place, but it was very noisy, especially in the evenings. It would - for us - be nicer to have rules about the volume of the tv etc in the evenings.

This was one of our favourite places to stay. We had a double private room with bathroom. clean, tidy, modern and stylish. staff very welcoming and helpful. it is unfortunately a 20 minute walk from town which is a pain when it rains and taxis are difficuly to obtain (at least in off-season). would recommend definitely to a couple looking for a nice room at a good price.

lovely hostel. would stay here again. The staff were the highlight... The only slight negative is that breakfast isn't included, however, there's a supermarket very close and it's easy to cook in the big kitchen.
