the staff were absoloutely amazing, helpfull informative and just genuinly happy to have you stay there. Without them my time in chang mai wouldnt nearly have been as good. Deffinetly reccomend this hostel to anyone travelling to chang mai

Great staff and great cats! =) Between the six of them (two gals running the lobby, and four cats) we felt very welcome and well looked after. As some have mentioned, it's outside of the city center. But, that can be a good thing as it's quieter at night (better sleep). They have drivers on call, all of whom were very nice and honest. The only thing we'd change is the beds were very hard, even for SE Asia. A memory foam mattress pad would be make this place perfect.

Very friendly nightguard, the girls that actually run the hostel certainly don't make the most of it..they seem uninterested, do not provide any useful information if you ask for it and go through the motions on your first arrival. The breakfast they offer is terrible, some of the items on the menu are not even available if you ask for them, not a big problem if there is ample choice but you can only choose from about three different items. That said, the rooms are good value for money.
