The staff were quite helpful and kind. But the hostel was a little bit old and quite narrow and dim. The facility was old as well.

Two of us stayed at 4 Bed Female Dorm for one night. The bedroom was rather small for 4 people with 2 bunkbeds, but it was tidy. Overall the stay was alright. Just one thing is that, the water at the shower was cold. Wifi is only available at the lounge but it was okay. The self-catering kitchen is pretty small but has everything you need in general.

The female showers were out of use the for the entire stay. Staff friendly offering advice on where to visit. Generally quiet after 11pm was observed by those staying and staff asked people to be quiet when necessary. Beds not the most comfortable but room clean no storage though.

I love everything. They are amazing people, friendly, kind and coolest.

cleanliness low rated as the new bed linen are posed on the floor in front of the door (where everyone is walking with street shoes) before making bed. I consider this as very unhygienic and also rude. However, othewise all okay; though my bed was worn.

Very clean and very central. Train station is within easy reach as is the main bus station.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff! Everything was very clean. The dorms had a cozy feel about them and there were plenty of sockets to charge your phone overnight. Only thing that I didn't like about my stay was that my bad creaked very loudly, so I felt a bit sorry for the other person in my dorm. The other beds did not seem to creak though! Located close enough the the bus and train station and shops are almost right outside the door.

Located in the centre of Fort William, right off the high street, cosy place, very nice and helpful staff. No complaints.

Room was clean but could have been more spacious. After arriving, there was a strong chips or old fat smell in the room which didn't really go away, even after opening the window. The kitchen is quite tiny for the size of the hostel and it could be better equipped, and so is the common room. The bathroom on the bottom floor didn't have a fan, after showering it felt like being in a steam bath. Location is great, 5 minutes to the train / coach station, supermarket is reachable in 2 minutes.

Hot water inconsistent at high demand times. Very little cutlery. Toaster needs repair/replaced.
