Friendly staff, nice rooms and good locations. Good choice for both exploring Fort William and Ben Nevis.

Toilets did not flush properly and the staff did not do anything about it. The shower was not clean enough (I spent 10 days in lots of hostels in Scotland and this one was the dirties shower by far). The location is convenient but the hostel is dirty. I am no cleanliness freak, but this one was too much for me. The hostel was in a general state of disrepair (locks, toilet taps) and had some weird facilities like a slot machine in the common room. Go somewhere else.
