The kitchen is way too small. Everyone who stays in a cheap hostel is going to be self-catering to save costs so obviously we need space to prepare food. There is nowhere to make sandwiches, I had to use the draining board in the kitchen!

It was not as good as we were expecting: very small hostel but with many people and very small bathroom, not very confortable. Otherwise, good location and cheap.

Great location in town center of Fort William; near rail & bus station, convenient store, bank. The hostel was clean; room, toilet, kitchen, tv room. There was no locker in the room. The free wifi should be available in room, too.

This hostel has everything you need and is a good choice if you're staying in Fort William. Fort William itself is a very quiet place, but Bank Street Lodge has a good bed and a kitchen for you. It's a good place to stop and a pretty cheap option if you're passing through.

WIFI was excellent. Lots of privacy and very quiet at night. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed only one night. Staff was very helpful, lended me hairdryer. In the kitchen you can find tea, coffee...wifi is only in the lounge - dining room. You can easily work on the temperature you want in your room. Common women showers were fine. Great location, I would stay there again!

We stayed in a dorm on the bottom floor and were disappointed in that there only was one toilet for girls and only two showers (guys had 2 toilets and 3 showers) Otherwise, great stay! :)

Spot on place to stay worth every penny not that it cost many to stay! Shower was great just what needed after climbing the Ben hot and powerful! Don't see how anyone can moan about this place
