TERRIBLE service, HORRIBLE rooms. Our room was filthy and located next to the water pump, meaning we were woken by the deafening sounds of the pump every time anyone in the hostel used water (VERY often!). The room was advertised as having a TV and air conditioner, and for the price we paid you would definitely expect that. However, TV had no reception and the AC was broken for most of our stay. To top it all off was Miss Lee - rudest, most unhelpful manager ever encountered. AVOID!!!!!

This hostel was far away from the party noise at night (which is everywhere on Phi Phi) so we could sleep at night whenever we went to bed. The room was really big and we slept well while we were there. Because it's so damp, it was a little mildewy (you could smell it) and I actually had to argue with the staff just to get the price I had agreed to pay online. That was a little weird. Not a bad place, not a great place, but not too bad for what you pay.

We tried to cancel our reservation by e-mail,because we wanted to leave phi phi bit earlier.We never got any reply,so we decided to go there anyways,because we had paid the deposit.In the end we had to pay the whole sum,because according to the owner we had cancelled the reservation,even though we hadn't got any reply from her. The owner had so many rules I can't even remember half of them and the room was almost like a prison cell. Not worth the money!

The owner Ms. Lee is the most rudest and unhelpful manager I have ever come across. Whenever I tried to ask her something she will be dismissive and rudely make 'shooing' gestures. I do not recommend this place at all. I think it shouldn't be listed under hostelworld.

hum... comment dire... c'est affreux ! l y a au meme prix bcp mieux ! on doit meme payer son PQ une poignee de bath... il y fait tres chaud, sans AC, la gerante est une matronne... quel dommage !

Place was not good value for money. The manager was rude and not helpful. They charge you for toilet paper. Really bad customer service.Would not stay there again.
