The hostel even thou located slightly off the end of mitchell street was still in a great location only took 5 minutes to walk to croc cove, coles, and the bars. Room was clean, had a fridge in the room which was great (broke down but was offered to be swapped out as soon as i relized it was not working) Internet access was avalible at 2 points one for your laptop to be plugged in and one a supplied pc. Hostel does a no load noise policy after 10pm, as it aim's to be a family hostel.

Arrived at some terrible hour of the morning. No-one there to meet me. Luckily I found a note giving instructions on what to do. Felt bad about waking everyone in dorm at 2.15am so slept on couch in TV room. Staff the next morning were very helpful and the gardens are nice. Could do with a damn good scrub and clean out inside and out. 7 out of 10 for value. Keep up the good work. Paul- solo traveller aged mid 50's.

If you need a quiet place to stay this is your choice. Not a party hostel, the atmosphere is poor. Didn't feel like I wanted to stay in the common areas. The room was good though and the air con worked well.

the hotel is older looking from the outside, but very clean inside.....12-15 min walk to cbd in darwin's heat seems a very long time....staff is very helpful ....facilities are good.......because it is out of town a bit it is very quite at night.

Fine, tidy hostel, a bit more of a walk to town than some of the others, but very easy to deal with and nice staff. I only stayed one night, so take this review with a grain of salt.
