i have traveled extensively and this hostel combines a unique number of qualities to a level that I have never seen before: a great value for money hostel, a charity, a sustainable local project, supporting a local school, enhancing teaching skills, one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Ghana with great stuff in a great local for CC castle. Fantastic.

Excellent guesthouse, German volunteers are very helpful, and it's a great place to meet travellers. I spent Christmas here and they were really nice in letting us drink alcohol on the premises (normally it's not allowed). Vegetarian food is good as are the fresh juices. However, they do not honour the Hostelworld.com booking fee, so it is better to call them directly. They are very popular so book early
