The atmosphere, boss and people in Baraka were great and helpful, accomodation with breakfast was very good and the sea and the lake with turtles was amazing. I would go there again, for sure.

This is a lovely chilled out place about a 20 minute walk along the beach to the main part of Nungwi. It's a great place to stay if you want to be near the busier part of town but not actually in it. You can swim with the turtles here which is really cool and they do a awesome breakfast each morning served on your veranda. Downsides are ants, rubbish showers and noisy dogs but generally a lovely place to stay and staff are very helpful.

Owner Comment (Show)
I should inform guests that we have now managed to install a pressure pump, which gives good water pressure (if anytime you find a weak shower, please remind the staff to turn on the switch). Also, dogs are now tied at night far away from the bungalows. They are needed for the security of the place. The Manager.
