It is really good hostel, specially if you want to stay calm and with no party. It's almost a hole flat for you, with a good kitchen, beatifull bathrooms and big and confortably rooms. The owners are beatifull people.
The hostel is good, clean and comfortable, but there is no reception when we arrive, actually it looks like an apartment where they rent the rooms and not a hostel properly. It's necessary to phone call the Miss or to send her an e-mail before arriving. On the other hand, she is very sympathetic and the building is very well located in Prague, close to the train station and the National Museum
We booked this hostel but upon arrival were told we couldn't stay there as a large group of people had got drunk and broken 'everything'. We were made to get in the car of the man who owned it and it all felt like a bit of a scam but in the end the other hostel was alright.
It was nice. The landlady was very sweet. There was some problem with the main location, which near the railway station, but they accommodated us in another place. This was okay. It is more like an apartment room on rent than a hostel. On the whole it was a pleasant stay, with a quite room and easy access to public transport.
Perfect location, and we also got a kitchen which is awesome to save some money
We had a bad and unfriendly encounter the landlady who tried to make us pay for a third night in Baraka which we had emailed her to cancel two weeks before our arrival, as per her cancellation policy. She made us feel guilty and ungenerous in our unwillingness to pay for a night that we did not stay in the room. We are on a strict budget for accommodation and she made us feel very uncomfortable making comments that we would spend that money on alcohol instead.

The hostel is very hard to find. We were expecting a sign or something at the given address, but all we found (after looking very hard) was the buzzer, as if we were just going to someone's apartment. The first time we rang the buzzer there was no answer, so we temporarily thought the hostel didn't exist.
The flat is very good situated near to the main railway station and the city center. Unfortunately the old windows are not good against the noise from the big street and the trains that pass close to the house - not for sensible people. The rooms and a common kitchen are very good equipped, there is tea for free and all tools that you need to cook.
