When we arrived they gave us very useful information, showed on the map where all the main things are placed. Very nice people. And you don't have to get up during the cleaning time what happened to us in another hostel. The only minus for the beds, they don't have ladders so I had to climb on the top.And it's difficult at night when someone is sleeping under you.

My first impression for this hostel is that it's dirty and old, and some of the floor tiles even flipped off. There are lockers and luggage storage, but everything costs and doesn't look secure at all. But after a night of stay, I notice there are many good sides too: the staff is helpful, there is a great kitchen, the building is equipped with an elevator, and the breakfast is small but of good quality. Overall, it is well worth for 10 euro per night.

You get what you pay for in this hostel, the kitchen has good facilities but is small, the breakfast is simple but good. The showers are small and toilets incredibly small. The dorms were a bit stuffy and no ladders for the top bunks, meaning i had to climb furniture. One staff member was incredibly rude and unhelpful while another staff member was excellent! Good location, easy to find also.

I only stayed one night but it was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend it if you have an early flight because it is very close to the airport express bus in Plaza de Cibeles.

The Location is good, very close to the Grand Via and the rest of the city center. The rooms are old fashioned and very very simple. Noisy at night because there are several bars outside. It's ok when you only need a hostel for one night. I picked this one because it's 5 min away from the airport bus station when you need to go to the airport early in the morning.

The Hostel is located in a great district of Madrid. It has that Shoreditch ( London )Arty feel. Great bars and restuarants in the area and easy to get to all the major tourist attractions. The staff at the Hostel are friendly and so helpful. Great Customer Services ..

The place was fine. A good spot for real budget minded travelers. No real frills except for the free internet and the little lounge area. The location is great though... right in the heart of Chueca. Sheets were clean and there was a little breakfast in the morning. For twelve Euros a night you can't ask for much more.

Very nice location. They make your bed after cleaning your room, that's cool. And breakfast is great, buffet with toast, coffee, jam, cereals and so. Just a bit too early, as it ends at 10 am. Also check out is very early, 12 would be better. Shower is ok, but good to use with flipflops, toilets are very narrow and doors can't be locked. All in all good value for money.

Thought the location was great. Found it very easily and it was bang in the middle of a busy bar area. I think that was the down side, as it was so warm and the air-conditioning wasn't working, we had to leave the window open so I did not get much sleep as people outside were so loud and walking past at all hours. Bit of a shame as seemed an ok place.

this hostel is a good choice for 15e/night, in the city center close to gran via. But if u want to stay more than 2-3 days, it couldnt be the best way to have a funniest moment...
