The roof terrace is nice. The room itself wasn't good though. The beds are not comfortable, there's no lock on the TINY bathroom and the glass on the bathroom door is transparent. The lock on the door to the room didn't work. You can get much better places to stay in Madrid.

No security in the room, no lockers means u have to carry on all your vulnerables all day long, eg iPad,laptops, iPod, chargers and that makes your touring around city difficult. In order to reach the upper bunk bed u had to step on a chair(!), no physical light in the room and as for the " bathroom" u really can name it bathroom ...at least there was hot water.

We regret that your stay was not to your liking, in spite of being in a superior room to your reservation, as to the actual locker room that did not have lockers but the lodge has excluisvamente for that room service kept belongings, such information this in an informative poster room as the litter habras I guess not having seen a ladder to climb on one side and the bathroom is a small but complete bathroom, ofall forms take note of your opinions thank you very much

excellent hostel and staff ! thanks

It really is a very bad experience the one I had in this hostel. It is only one floor with pretty little spaces, it has a lot of limitations: you can make any noise after 23 hrs and yet you can not sleep because of the noise coming from the stairs, the receptionist open the door of the room and woke me up to do the chek out and they charge you 2€ if you want to leave your bags a little extra time if your flies departs on the evening. And... They turn on the heat just after 23 h so, it's cold...

Good enough for a couple of days. Nice common areas, breakfast and staff. Not good wi fi. Average beds. Could stay again, but not my favourite choise. Perfect location for party people, just right there.

This hostel is really easy to reach, only 2-3 minutes from Puerta del Sol and the metro. For what you pay it is great, wifi and breakfast included and the staff were helpful. It is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions and a lot of bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Madrid.

Do not stay here! The staff were great, but they can't overcome a bad hostel. My travel companion and I were both very ill whenever we were in the building, and got better the longer we were away. It was like we couldn't breathe. Bathrooms connected to bedrooms without fans, there was peeling paint and mold in bedrooms and bathroom. Clouds of dust came out of the beds when you sat on them. Street door never locked, strange people sleeping in the common room because they allowed day only stays.

This was one of the best hostels I ever stayed in, great location, clean, beautiful really

Had a really nice stay with my 2 friends!!

The hostel is centrally located and next to all the attractions. However, it certainly lacks atmosphere as the common room is not really cozy. Also, it was _very_ loud in our room as the noise of the street can be heard 24/7. In addition to that, the matresses were bad - one of them sagged in the middle and the other one was very short and extremely hard. The breakfast was quite OK and the staff was helpful. The hostel was tidy as well. I certainly lacked the opportunity to meet other travellers

Smoking was allowed on the terrace, so the smoke came into the room through the windows and it was very hard to get rid of the smell.
