The hostel was a very nice, very clean small place, that had a good, family like athmosphere. The staff was very friendly and always there to help. Exellent location. All an all, good work guys! And you have an amazing corridor!

A great place to stay! Fantastic location, lovely staff, very helpfull and friendly. When we were not 100% sure where we going, sent them a text and they replied straight away. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and kitchen available with tea and coffee when ever you fancied. THe only thing that could be improved on is the instructions of where the hostel is. It says 1st floor but it is infact on the 3rd! Over all, a great place to stay and would deffinatley return!

Excellent location close to the Rambla/Port Vell (but, as always in BCN, watch your bags!), lovely helpful staff, COMFY beds, free tea and coffee, clean rooms, lovely "living area". Would have liked a locker, as we were slightly concerned that the balcony door didn't close properly but we eventually managed to force it. Excellent value for money! I will stay there again! :)

It was a nice place to stay very close to the city. The kitchen was adequate and the room and beds were good. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work and the hostel was not staffed all day so it was inconvenient in places. Great location.

We stayed at the apartment outside the hostel. We expected it to be quieter, but instead it was very noisy, especially due to the unpolite neighbours we had and the very thin walls. The room in general was good. It is located in a very central area, but it was very difficult to sleep due to the rumors outside. Next time in Barcelona, I think I'd prefer to stay in a less central area and use the subway system, which is very good.

The location was great. We lived in an appartement near the hostel. we had a little "kitchen" and everything we needed. But there were two negative things: there was no door in the bathroom and the water was cold after 2 minutes. everything else was o.k. and the staff was very nice and helpfull!

Our stay was good there. The hostel is very well located near to Ramblas street and the beach. We just think that the place should be well signalized, but that is just a small detail.

We had not just some bugs, but cockroaches in the room. It was a separate room for 2 with bathroom in the historical center. The room was cold and noisy as hell, as we heard all the neighbours and restaurant downstairs + bar on the other side if the street. Couldn't sleep there, until got tired so much that we didn't care any more. Security is poor, so we kept all the documents and money with us. No security cell was provided. No cleaning in the room. So basically it doesn't cost what we paid.

The hostel apartment was dirty and very small and claustrophobic (the floor and kitchen). Didn't want to walk around without my shoes on but the beds were comfortable... had to wait for the staff, the pictures and description on hostelworld.com weren't very clear/pretty deceiving than the actual description online.

SO easy to walk to the beach and La Rambla from here. The staff was really friendly and willing to help with directions and advice. The main issue I had was sharing the bathroom because the shower wasn't always draining right away, but that could have been avoided by getting a room with a bathroom - we're just college students trying to save money! It's a little tricky to find at first as there's no sign outside... it's on an upper floor of an unmarked building. Overall it was a great place!

Perfect location in the center, really close to everuthing important, staff was helpful and spoke english. The cleaniness could be better, but for a short stay it was perfect

we stayed in the 2-bed-apartment a few blocks away from the hostel. it was located right in the center close to la rambla. they say it gonna be a double bed in the apartment but its two beds actually. but you can put them together ;-) we had our own small kitchen with everything you need, a balcony and a small clean bathroom. when you stay in the apartment you don't have anything to do with the real hostel, so its perfect for couples. we enjoyed our stay there a lot.

It is very nice hostel in a very pretty old house with an entrance like a castle. We were sure this is not the right house:). Definately not a place you´d associate with a hostel. Hostel itself is nice, too. Although not as grand as the entrance hall:). The room was nice, but there was no heating, that is the biggest problem as it was chilly at nights. They could have had a chair or a table - something to put your things on (like a bag). Living room is very cozy&great view. Fantastic location!

this place is in a noisy area (at late night) but is a fun place.. lots of bars on the street and neighboring streets... overall if you are looking for a cheap price (you get what you pay for) and a good location.. this is a great place.. viva barca!

The hostel has perfect location. You can access most of Barcelona hot spot by walking. However, it's not really funny in the hostel as it is called, and the staff is unfriendly. It's perfect for couples though. The hostel is quiet and clean.

The hostel is generallly ok. The biggest advantage is of course location - really near La Rambla and sea. I stayed in double room - it was tiny and furnished in bed and wordrobe, however it was quite clean. The hostel gives the access to the kitchen and free internet connection. Do not expect luxury and you will not be disappointed.
