We stayed in a room called Barca & had a french balcony :) Building is amazing - i loved the entrance hall and staircase - felt like in a movie :) location was pretty good - walking distance to sea, port, la rambla .. we walked even from la sagrada familia :) staff was really nice, i would definitely mention Melissa from Peru, i would say she speaks the best english and was very friendly. I recommend this hostel if you want to get some sleep and party out in town. Beautiful building with a great location, but because it was an old building it was very noisy. Didn't need to check if the shower was available in the morning: you could here someone showering two dorms away.Beautiful building with a great location, but because it was an old building it was very noisy. Everyone was really nice. The place is beautiful. Breakfast is decent. The only problem was that the shower overflowed into the hall one morning. I had a great time.Everyone was really nice. WE LOVED THIS HOSTEL! The building was beautiful and it was always clean. Breakfast was simple but ok.. they jazzed it up a bit towards the end with baked goods - we loved the little donuts! Free wifi was great. Easy to find your own fun - lots of great bars nearby. Very close to la Rambla, gothic quarter was also a great thing to see. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WE LOVED THIS HOSTEL! This is a very noce hostel. thedouble room next to the kitchen is very nice and beatiful for hostel terms. Only it is next to the kitchen so expect to waken sometimes by people having brakfast. It is very clean and bright hostel with a freat location and beautiful entrance. Perfect for if you don't need to much luxery but just don't want to pay to much and be in a nice place. I stayed in this hostel because it was the cheapest with availability. It is cheap because it is a very large very well run hostel. Breakfast was great (cereal, juice, toast, fruit and coffee).
