I booked a room in Barcelona Best Rooms and just arrived at time, I've also payed a part of the room cost with my credit card, I thought that every thing will be OK after this, BUT, when arrived I used to wait 30 minutes in the meeting point until one of personnel come, and just told me that the room is no more free! AND they don't know how this happened! So who will know?? So they brought me to an other hostel, and gave me my money back!! And I think I was not the lonely person with this!

Well I guess you can't expect much for the price but it really wasn't that great. Yes we did realise that it probably wouldn't be the cleanest but I really didn't want to touch the sheets and can guarantee you that they do not change them. The air con consisted of a fan, which was ok. Bring toilet paper as they will not provide.. 2 toilets - 1 broken for all rooms. Got the sense everyone staying there was pissed off with the accom. If they did the bare minimum it could be a lot better
