Our small private room didn't have access to a balcony for meals like the larger shared rooms. And a double sized bed actually was two twin beds. The kitchen has everything to cook with but a tiny counter staring at the wall I eat. The place has only 2 bathrooms which were usually occupied for too many guests. Great location though.

The hostal was fairly difficult to find, with minimal signs outside, however once there, the hostal was ideal. Everywhere is spotless, with ample facilities for the guests to use, including a kitchen and two shower/bathrooms. It has a friendly atmosphere, and the old building with it's high ceilings and balcony make it a really lovely place to stay. Great value for money!

Nice to stay, great staff!

The place was located next to two metro stops, which was very handy for getting around, and about 20 min walk to / from las ramblas. It was clean, the host was welcoming and offered us a towel upon arrival and told us to make use of the kitchen. The only issues I had was the room we were assigned was unfortunately very dark with little natural light and lastly, the hostel is listed with 'laundry facilities available', but when I enquired i was told it was for the bed linen only.

Just a noisy hostel because of the set up, but that may have been more because of the people that were also staying there. Very small rooms! Overall, it was clean enough and we felt safe.

Excellent location & very clean and well presented hostel. Gustavo who runs the hostel is very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here. it's location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Placa Cataluya an ideal place to arrive from the airport shuttle bus & connect for tour buses, public buses & metro. There is also an excellent café across the road, breakfast is highly recommended in the café. The hostel is also in a quiet location, so no city noise heard through the night.
