Thin walls so if somone is walking out in the hallway you could definitely hear them clearly, so I assume they could hear us outside too. Neighborhood is quiet so no noise from outside. This place is a floor of an apartment building, so it was pretty hard to find. There's no sign outside except on the building door buzzer to enter the building. The staff was very helpful, place was clean and great value for the amount I paid.
