It is really a nice quiet place to live. You can see Sagrada Familia and Agbar tower from the street. It's is not far from the city center so in case of emergency you can walk home from night club or whatever either not far from the sea. It's clean and sunny. But there can be a line to bathroom in the morning. There is a kitchen and washing machine so it is very convenient for long stay.
There was a building site just outside the house, but you only heared it a bit in the morning. Nice, rooms, great shower and good kitchen with good equipment. But we don't understand why stuff like spices and oil is removed by the cleaning person when people leave. It would be better to leave those things for the next guests. Our vinegar and oil was removed although it was almost full and we haven't left.
No common room to meet other travellers no reception at the site but we arrived very late and the guy Waited for us to arrive was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome!! Beds were very comfortable! I would stay here again!!
Close to Sagrada Familia, easy to find after get off Metro. Nice and modern decoration. But only one tiny bathroom to share with another 6 people. Have to wait for your turn and also easy to get dirty. You can hear other people walking or even snoring. If you look for a quiet stay, this won't be a good idea. Also, you have to pay the 0.72 per person per night of the city tax.
