Property Information:
The apartment is large and spacious with up to 9 private and well equipped rooms available to accommodate from 1 to 29 persons.
We have 3 large rooms with 5 single beds in each room (15 persons), 3 twin and 2 double rooms (10 persons), 1 large room with 3 single beds (3 persons) and 1 single room for 1 person.
Groups are welcome and all rooms are private.
Large kitchen and clean well maintain bathrooms (3 Bathrooms) are to be shared.
The apartment has a high ceiling with large windows that allows plenty of air and sunlight. It is quiet, peaceful with no traffic noise, horns, neighbors interference etc.
There is an amazing living room to relax in and use our fast WIFI, TV and Magazines.
The keys to access the building, the apartment, the room and for your private locker will be provided on arrival.
Our apartment manager will always be available to provide general assistant around the place.
The check in time is flexible but the check out is before 12pm

We didn't actually stay here because we got in early in the morning and while we were waiting for our room to get ready, the manager made us very uncomfortable with inappropriate advances so we left and found a hotel elsewhere in Barcelona. Would not recommend this place at all.

This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Strictly no smoking in the apartment or building.
The check in time is flexible. Please provide the arrival time or notify us directly in case of later arrival than expected.
Check out before 12pm. If the luggage is required to be left at the apartment after 12pm, we will hold it for 10 Euros until 12pm.
50 euros deposit will be required on arrival to secure the keys and will be returned before you check out.
Complete cleaning service is provided for extra 10 Euros. (This includes the floor clean of the entire apartment, clean bed sheets and pillow covers, wash your clothes and return when dried)
Breakfast not included, self-catering accommodation.

No bins are to be used in the Kitchen, instead we have a plastic bag which will have to be removed once filled.The place must be kept clean and tidy at all times and should be left in the same condition as it was initially found
