The hostel should provide the Wi-Fi connection to all rooms and not just limit it in the lobby only.. This will make it difficult for tourist especially when the tourist does not have mobile data for internet. With this the tourist does not have to go down to the lobby all the time in order to use the Wi-fi services. That's all.

It would be great if they also had wifi in the room. Also we had a grumpy old lady in our room who scolded us in Spanish for coming back late and making noise while showering. I think they should have an age limit.

Security good, always a staff member at reception. Everyone has keys to the bedroom / personal cabinet. Hostel something on the periphery, 45 minutes walk to the center. Bus 59 from nearby bus stop directly to the Rambla. Ten card recommended! Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Atmosphere a bit impersonal, little contact with other guests (waiting room atmosphere). Cleanliness mostly ok, everything available, what a traveler needs: full breakfast, free internet, elevator. Price TOP!

Could have soap in the bathrooms, a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower as well. Bit far away from the Ramblas and centre of the city, but not a problem to get in on the Metro which is just outside.

Loved this hostel. The staff were so helpful. They also gave me a gluten free breakfast (something that I had been struggling to find in Europe) so I was stoked! Yewww.

Very new and clean. Facilities are excellent. Breakfast is good. The biggest downside is that you can use internet only at the common area.

Location was ok... breakfast was good

I stayed in a dorm room with 8 beds. It was more or less clean, exept the bathroom, and very small. we rarely had warm water! There's breakfast included with every stay which was a great bonus. And also, it was a great place to socialize (in the room as in the lobby). another disadvantage was, that it is located far outside from the city center, the advantage: near by the train station and very good connection with metro and buses. there's a shopping center and a lot of restaurants just beside.

Great that we had personal lockers included, but I got gouged when I had to rent a towel for 3 euros. Nice breakfast.

Positive: helpful friendly staff Negative: other guests in my room staying out until the early hours of the morning. Being woken up every night at 1-2am by inconsiderate people making noise and turning lights on as they came to bed. Maybe some rooms allocated to those who want to go out late could be created. Positive: cheery ambience. A little noisy at times though with radio and tv. Negative: awful unhealthy food served. It is possible to serve healthy food on a budget. No sign of fruit.

Conveniently located right near a metro straight into the centre of Barcelona. Lots of nearby supermarkets which was very handy. Staff were helpful and spoke English very well, no communication errors which was great. Lovely breakfast buffet included in the price of a stay which was great. Only disappointment was that all the people staying at the hostel sat silently in the lounge using the wifi. No events organised. Wouldn't recommend if you want to meet lots of new people.

I wouldn't go again to this hostel. It is really far away from the main tourist places, inside the building the atmosphere was like in a prison and the bathroom was dirty. Next stay in Barcelona in another hostel...

Very nice youth hostel with good rooms. The staff let us print out a ticket we needed for later in our trip using the receptions printer for free, which was a nice touch and very useful.

Majority of staff were friendly & pleased to serve. Dorms cleaned regularly. Decent bunks. Some confusion on one night where 9 people were booked into the room of 8 - could have been managed better to prevent disturbance. Shower on cold side (though was warm on visit 2 yrs ago). Quiet, lovely hostel and short walk to metro make up for the distance from the centre. Great restaurant and supermarket nearby. Good basic breakfast is a bonus. I'd stay here again and recommend to others.
