Can't help it but I need to point out reasons behind my poor ratings to this place. This is part of the (only) resort in Long Island which I feel as is the staffs last priority for everything. From the mattresses that smell musty to the kitchen that almost cannot function to your needs, these places are often dirty because of lack of attention to cleanliness. Since the beaches are just OK you'll find that visiting other islands is necessary which carry a heavy cost.

The rooms were tiny and had no aircon. It was cooler outside than in the room The kitchen was the worst I've seen any where. The fridges smelt like something had died (which could possibly happen!). Both fridges were full despite only being 10/12 people staying in the rooms. The bin in the kitchen wasn't emptied daily and flies started to hatch in it. Not to mention the drying cloth could stand up it was so dirty and smelly. The list goes on but I don't have room!!!
