A very cheap price with excellent size rooms. Mine even had a fridge in it! The location was excellent. It was a bit hard to get wifi but there were plenty of computers for use.

Staff definitely not helpful. They tried to charge me more then I was supposed to pay, if i didn't have internet in my mobile to show them the prices I got thru hostelworld there would be no way to pay the price i got online. They gave me wrong information about the city/address of sightseeing locations. Worst staff i've found in europe. Not organized (beds/rooms) - suddenly one day as i got there, there was someone at my bed - they just send u to the room, no bed's number or anything.

Although hostel have very nice location but lot thing need to be improved. The hostel should have taken care of leaking water problem ! No lights in Toilets , Water blocks in bathroom , Water seepage from roof. I staff wasn't available when I called them to inform about problem. I think staff should at least can give a round to hostel to check if all basic facilities are working properly.

Poor kitchen facilities but very friendly staff... I emailed the guards (Zaher) for a resident's contact as I have lost his number and his language group names but have no response =( Having new friends' contacts would complete the stay with a good hostel backpacking experience.

Enjoyed the stay even though there was a squeaky bed. Centrally located to all the destinations.

I liked this hostel very much, the staff was friendly, they even gave me a map when I was going out and directed me to the nearest food shop...room was good and clean... I found it very pleasant, the only thing I did mind was hat there were no dishes in the 4th floor, only a microwave... But I loved staying there and if I happen to need accommodation again, then I'll definitely think about this hostel first

Did not enjoy staying here, very dirty, unfriendly and lots of stairs to climb. Did not sleep much here!

I couldn't understand the idea of kitchen in that hostel. There was one but all cupboards were secured with padlocks. There wasn't even single cup, plate or spoon. But you could use microwave. Besides - place was OK.

We didn't get the room we paid for. The reservations were all mixed up and staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't show any interest and had a "je m'en fous" attitude. Hostel itself wasn't that clean, rat traps were set under the bed. Happy to leave here after one night.

Bed bugs, dirty smelly carpets. Kitchen was good but no utensils to use the facilities they had. The location was just a walk from the shops and the tube!!

The staff when I arrived were very friendly and welcoming. This totally contrasted with the member of staff who checked me out though who was terse and a little bit rude. The hostel could really benefit from putting a few signs up as it was quite difficult to find the kitchen etc. Overall the hostel was clean - I can't complain about my room at all in that respect. More frequent cleaning of the toilet areas would definitely be an advantage though as they tended to get messy fairly quickly.

We stayed in a private room and it was quite pleasant. The cleaning was done regulary and it felt safe and secure. However there was a school educational trip on at the same time and they 'took over' the hostel buy running around at all hours keeping everyone awake and not allowing other people to walk through the common room. The kitchen needs more cooking utensils and plates etc. The position is excellent.

The best things it's the location: just 2 mins on walk from earl's court station, lovely area with a lots of shops and restaurants. There isn't free internet connection in the hostel so if you want to use it you have to pay: 1 Pound per hour. There aren't common areas in where have fun, so it's impposible socialise or have good time even though usually there are a lot of young people. Kitchens aren't equipped so it's impossible cook in if you don't bring with you cutlery and pots.

Great location, Right near Earls Court tube station which has easy links to anywhere you could want to go. I stayed on the 5th floor no lifts so taking bags up was a bit of a struggle. 4 share, Rooms were large and had a fridge, Heaps of cupboard space but no lockers, I didn't mind but i know a lot of people always use them. Showers were down a floor but they were also large, Had good lighting, hot water and pressure and weren't those annoying push button ones.
