Brilliant staff, very comfortable bed, clean, good location (less than 5 mins to Earl's Court tube station and 15 mins to natural history/science museums) and in a nice area. Definitely worth a stay!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great location just off Earls Court Rd, but not too noisy considering. Good atmosphere with other guests, and a wide range of ages and nationalities. Despite being in mid-30s I didn't feel out of place. There was a BBQ held one night I stayed which was open to everyone, and there was consideration for those who couldn't join in as the party was moved inside to keep the noise down. Excellent little hostel, will stay again :)

Good staff and facilities. Everything here is absolutely fine. Friendly and helpful staff with a big big smile :D The only bad thing is the poor shower power. I can accept the shower power in the bathroom on the ground floor. Other than this, perfect!!!!!!

The staff were so friendly and kind (especially Crystal), and shared great recommendations! Even when I had to call for a taxi at 4 am, they were awake and helpful. I would definitely go back.

The pros are there was a sink in our room, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the fridge had plenty of room and was clean. The owners are very nice and the laundry is way cheaper than doing it at the laundromat, they change the door codes so very secure. The cons are it's got lots of stairs up to the double room and the bed is really a double with an attached bunk on top, the internet was extremely spotty as there are a lot of young people and many were streaming video.

Overall a good hostel. We stayed here for 5 nights, our private room was on the top floor so it was very quiet at night. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the showers were wonderful. The provided breakfast of bread, cereal and tea was good enough for us! It was in a great location for anyone using the Underground to get around London!

This is one of the best hostels that I have stayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It would have been great if they have enough bread supplies (for breakfast) for late comers like myself (got there at almost 9.30am where the kitchen closes).

The hostel was ok and the staff helpful but we happened to have atypical company during the first night of our two night stay. Not the fault of the hostel people though, so generally rather good impression. Expensive though but everything is in London.

Was overall a good hostel. Only stayed one night. Has got a lot of longer term residents which may make meeting other travellers little harder. Excellent location just up from Earl,s court station, on the tube line to

First UK hostel I've stayed in after staying in many others around the world, good to see we can get it right over here too! Location was great, easy walking distance from both underground and overground train stations. Lockers were best I've ever seen, MASSIVE and had a built in safe! Shower was powerful and hot. Alot of long-termers here gave the place a great atmosphere!! Free WIFI and breakfast! would definitely recommend and would definitely use again when in London. FUNNY DOG TOO :).

Excellent hostel to stay at! Has a very spacious kitchen with a fridge to store your own food. The hostel provides free food for the breakfast and there is also a tv room and a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The company at the hostel and the staff was excellent.

It is a small hostel near Earl's Court Tube Station which is quite easy to travel around. The hostel is comparative clean enough with a big kitchen and living room. The only problem is the top bunk does not have any supports. I slept in the top bunk which is quite high and was scared of falling, so I hardly turned my body around. Additionally, some young male adults came to find jobs in London or stayed in this hostel for a long time, thus causing a messy room and no hygiene.
