No complaints! Staff were very friendly, and willing to sign for a suitcase that the airline had to deliver, so we didn't have to wait for it. Good location, only a short walk from the Underground.

Pros: very well located, quiet, staff caring. Cons: we did not see on hostelworld website that the twin bed room had a bunk bed.

The badger was a great first intro to London hostels! The entry is secure for the front door and you have your own key for the bedroom. The lockers are very large, you can basically live out of them! I had a room with an ensuite bathroom, which was nice as you had lots of room to change when you came out of the shower, as opposed to having to change in the shower cubicle. The kitchen was well stocked, and the free breakfast a bonus. Only downside was the beds were not very comfortable.

The location was good and the staff very nice, but the shared bathroom can be a problem since there is a lot of people for 3 or 4 bathrooms, but still the bathrooms are really nice, with a great shower and very clean. The price was a bit expensive, mainly when taking into account the value from pounds to euros. The kitchen being available for breakfast is great. We didn't like that the cleaning lady opened the door after two knocks only. The room has two safes which is nice but not enough.

I stayed here for 5 nights and was a great hotel to stay at if you are looking for a quiet and not so much party type hostel. It is in a great location, literally a 3-5min walk to Earls Court station and plenty of bus stops near. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean however they do need to get new pillows as mine felt like a thin concrete slab. Massive lockers with a laptop safe which is great. Nice kitchen with a decent free breakfast. Wifi in rooms as well. Staff were always happy to help.

The best hostel experience i had in London. Considering London prices and what they provide (free wi-fi, towel, breakfast) i can definitely recommend it. Staff is very very kind and helpfull. Only one detail that it gets really hard to arrive (like i did) at 2am and quitely set-up linen in the top bed in a room with people sleeping.

I had an excellent stay in this hostel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable, the room was quiet. Everything was very clean. Good breakfast, even with Nutella. :-) A special thanks to the nice owner at the reception, who tried her best to find out where I could meet Gary Barlowbefore the concert. It was an outstanding evening!

If you're carrying a lot of luggage it's hard to lock it up in the small cabinets available. The location is really nice. The rooms themselves were very clean. WiFi worked really well in the room I stayed at which was a big plus.

We stayed in a 6 mixed bedroom. The bedroom was ok, it could probably have some facilities like a reading light in each bed. For 6 persons could be not very nice only one light. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The breakfast is simple, but ok. We definely recommend this hostel.

For the amount of money we paid (i.e. a lot, and I'm coming from a eur country not even the states), I was pretty offended we had to put on and take off our own sheets. I've stayed at 15€ a night places in France that were fancier. I understand London is expensive, but that was absolutely crazy. I felt like I was in some movie on college kids traveling abroad but was paying prices like I was at the Madrid Ritz that no college kid could possibly afford.
