I am becoming a sort of regular guest at Barnacles Temple Bar and I love the place. The staff could not be more helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Kitchen very well organized. It suits my purpose down to a t. I have meanwhile recommended it to all my friends. Keep up the good work, I really appreciate it anyway. Thanks to you all.

I was very pleasantly surprised! To be able to stay right in the Temple Bar area so cheaply was amazing. Me and my friends got to share our own room and felt really safe the whole time. I would recommend it to anyone! The rooms were a little small, though, but you don't really want to be in the room a lot anyways. The staff were super nice and always had a smile on their face and great service!

Everything about the hostel is top notch... the location is perfect you are right in the centre. The staff are really friendly and very helpful!! The room is perfect and the shower OMG is amazing. We will be telling all of our mates to stay here and will be back for sure!

Good hostel--great location (if a little loud). Common areas are somewhat lacking and close early. Free breakfast is--well its free. Staff is helpful--though perhaps not the most organized group. Lockers leave something to be desired. Not bad over all.

Excellent hostel in a great location in Temple Bar. Friendly and very helpful staff who were able to recommend great things to do around Dublin. Also great help when arriving, as my flight was delayed and we arrived late, still able to check us all in efficiently. Great prices too, for the location!!

The 10-bed room I stayed in was very small, but the location of the hostel was excellent! The staff was very helpfull aswell.

I found it a bit expensive for the price :great location but no hot water in some rooms because of the "age" of building. And bathroom not clean. However, friendly staff mostly...

Hostel was good, beds were very good! We had a room on temple lane. During the nights there were loud noises from all the people that went clubbing.. so if you dont intend to go out don't stay here

Possibly the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the facilities were awesome and the atmosphere was very good. I would definately stay here again!

If you hate socializing and/or having a good time I would recommend you stay elsewhere. The hostel is incredible - huge kitchen, exuberant common room where everyone hangs out & the location is absolutely perfect. Not a far walk from the bus stop from the airport and it's in the heart of the city. Bar crawl is the time of your life, you meet so many people. Lastly, the staff....can't say enough about how wonderful they are, and that's that. (HI DENNIS!) Love, America (Julia & Lindsey)
