1st visit to Ireland so 1st to Dublin. 2 nights not enough but be the location of the hostel made up for that. Temple Bar is a nice area to start orientating in this very friendly capital of Irelan. The hostel has got lots of information about what to do for any lengths of stay which is great. And 1st time staying in a hostel on my own was a great experience. Spend an evening at the famous Temple Bar pub with 2 room mates which is only 2 buildings away in the same street!

Great hostel. Perfect location, great atmosphere. Would go back and advise. Only bémol would be that there's no wireless in the room. I hear it's the hotel policy to get people to come to the living room to connect, which I guess is understandable. Still, I would have liked to be able to check at times something quick on my cell phone without having to get up from my bed.

The hostel let in a lot of noise which I expected, but I was still naive to what the area was like. The people that joined my room were incredibly rude and loud so it skewed my perception of this hostel a bit. Great kitchen and hang out area. Basic breakfast of just toast and coffee/tea. Basic rooms felt a bit run down. The lockers under the bed didn't even have anything to lock with or attach it to, they were badly broken and looked like it had been that way a long time with not being fixed

Great location in the center of town near everything, dorms and bathroom nice and clean.Staff were friendly and helpful. Having an en suit in ever room instead of communal bathrooms meant sometimes having to wait. Breakfast was just toast and jam so buy your own stuff. Really quiet and cheap on weekdays considering it's so close to the pubs and bars, so was good if you wanted a quiet night and good sleep but was usually people around if you were looking for a night out. Would definitely go back

Nice hostel right at Temple Bar area. A bit noisy at night, some people were being loud in the hostel and on another occasion some folks wanted to entertaining by singing in the street... Also, had just one toilet + shower in the dorm so had to wait to get there sometimes. Funny staff and alright rooms, though. I would recommend it.

Pretty good hostel, clean, nice rooms and in good location. However, lacks a bit of character and not so friendly athmosphere within the hostel.

Location is absolutely perfect, and I wasn't kept up by noise even with busy streets below. Security was great and staff was very friendly. The common room was slightly lacking a good vibe, but maybe I was just there on slow nights. we didn't have anything in the ensuite bathroom of a 6 bed dorm to dry our hands with, but I just improvised. I especially liked the cages you could lock your items in below your bed because they seems to fit EVERYTHING. Over all a good first hostel experience!

We booked a twin room with private bathroom. Very, very small room with bunk bed, tiny little bathroom, under a roof with a velux. Not big, but you have everything you need!! When you are in Dublin, you don't need a room so much. When you like to socialise, there is plenty of room and people in the common room. Kitchen is big, fully supplied and quite clean. Helpfull staff! Not so great: limited acces to internet - free on smartphone, but on hostel computers you need to pay for it...

One staff member was incredibly helpful - helping us find a 24hour carpark. One staff member was incredibly rude. As I went to go through the door (with my pass) he insisted I come and show him and then he rolled his eyes when I produced both and made a snide remark to other guests.
