Property Information:
BaronGarden is an old colonial mansion located at Gloria neighborhood on top of a small hill near all facilities. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Guanabara bay.
We have private rooms furnished with double or twin beds and collective dormitory for eight people.
The BaronGarden guest house, besides being in the historical center of Rio near all museums, night clubs, restaurants and old churches, is also near The Sugar Loaf and Copacabana beach. Other tourist attractions such as the Statue of Christ can be reached easily, as well as the domestic airport.

It will only be accepted a 6 days minimum stay from 14th February 2012 to 23th February 2012. The payment has to be made in cash - brazilian reais - on arrival.

Cancellations And No Show Policys
NEW YEAR'S RESERVATION
Cancellations after 18th December 2011 will charge 50% of the whole package.
NO SHOW will charge 100% of the whole NEW YEAR'S package
CARNIVAL 2012 RESERVATIONS
Cancellations MUST be done till 14th January 2012. After that we will charge 50% FINE of the whole package.
Cancellations after 26th January 2012 or NO SHOW will charge 100% of the whole Carnival package.
Aware of these conditions, if the FINE is applicable, we are authorized to charge it at your credit card.
