This hostel is very reccomanded especially the staff which helps you with everything including compliments before you go out. Very good breakfast which you can have latter than other hostels. Free caparinia which the best I had in brazil. And a nice patio where you can chill out. Huge bathrooms!!! . In this hostel you really feel at home and if I'll come back to Salvador its the place I'll go first.

Really great place to stay. I have been to a lot of hostels in south america and this is one of my favorites. Nice clean rooms, fastest wifi I've seen in Brazil, air con, great breakfast with eggs, hot water, a really good location near the beach, and an excellent free daily caipirinha. The best part though is the staff and the owner Keiko who goes out of her way to help her guest feel comfortable. Feels more like a homestay than a hostel. And they have a bar now! Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful place. Located in a nice street in Barra- the safest area in Salvador, 5 minutes from the beach. Comfy and super clean rooms, several big common areas, free wifi and computer with Internet, and a great breakfast. However, what really makes this place special are the owners- the amazing Keyko and Theo, who helped me with everything, and really make the place feel like home. Can't ask for more in a hostel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Salvador!

I really enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere was unique. I felt like home and you may feel free to ask for any favor. All are very nice, the rooms are clean and the hostel is situated very well. (5 minutes walking distance to the beach, 10 minutes to the Lighthouse) In the beginning you will receive useful information about the city (tourist spots and places to avoid). So you are well prepared for wonderful holidays. In fact this was not the last time I will visit this place! * * * * *

A very nice place, very lovely staff, very good location, rooms are cleaned twice a day, a few minutes from Farol da Barra and bus stop to the turistic places...a few minutes from a mall, delicious breakfeast with ham, cheese, delicious bread, juices, cake, milk and cofee...you can repeat so many times you wish. I had a unforgetable time there.

Loved the hostel, had a really good time here. They offered some really good (and good value) new jeep tours, and the location is close to the supermarket and the beaches. Great fun at happy hour time, really social an the best caipirinha ive had un brazil! The staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, it seems like they are making a big effort to get even better. Amazing breakfast!

I think bathroom could be cleaner. When people start cooking we have to fight for things as there is a lack of vessel, pans... (besides the fact that due to lack of ventilation it becomes extremely hot). Besides Antonio I was not so happy about the staff. The girl is really not the most energetic, willing to help person. The guy was good and jumping around getting things done, however while organising an event we had the feeling he scammed us making us pay almost the double of the other people.

Dont ask the asian looking girl from the staff for informations. She send us to a street where we have been robbed. Else the hostel was nice. Had a good time there

A good hostel with hot water, close to the beach, has a computer and free wi fi. Breakfast is good, they organise activities and trips if you ask.

A good atmosphere and a good location in walking distance to Praia de Barra and some bars. It is easy to get to the touristic sites even when it is not in the city center but therefore the area is safer. Danillo is very helpful and is a great part of the character of this hostel. We can recommend this hostel. Thanks!

Sem problemas c o Hostel, a segurança achei meio precária e meus armários estavam quebrados... Mas a localização é ótima p o carnaval! No problems, but doesn't have security, and my lockers were brokken. But the local is perfect to carnaval!

The hostel has a great communal space and there is a good convivial atmosphere. The staff were not very helpful, not telling us anything about the hostel or the area, and generally not being attentive. Our 4 bed dorm was spacious and we had big lockers and an ensuite, but it was not cleaned. Under the pillow case, my pillow was disgusting. Good breakfast, would still recommend the hostel for its venue.

Great hostel - stayed here just before Carnaval and the atmosphere was awesome. Its a pretty small hostel but the staff are really helpful, its really clean, the breakfasts are great and I met awesome people here. One thing that could make it better would be a bar or a fridge that they sold beer and soft drinks from.

Nice hostel. But did get bitten by bugs a lot during the night. Could have been better. Thought Salvador was just ok. Nice beaches but not as clean or as safe as I hoped.
