Great location but the staff were VERY unhelpful and also rude - it's all about money, money, money. The rooms were clean but unfortunately on the second night I found a small insect on the floor which was very disappointing... The towels were also paper thin and didn't dry very well when I took a shower. The ventilation in the rooms was below average, causing it to smell like feet and body odour after a while. But other than that, pretty decent place to love life while in Lima. This is travel.

This hostel is located in the area barranco, which is a pretty part of Lima with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. It's a taxi or bus journey away from the centre with its museums etc; however, barranco feels calm and safe, which makes up for it. The hostel has a great atmosphere, with a communal area and dining room. It is basic but clean, it has everything you need. The staff spoke little English, but it wasn't too much of a problem and I still managed to book trips through them.

The female staff spoke little english however chris knew everything you needed to know which more than made up for it. Lovely location close to the beach and a handfull of resturants. Would stay again.

Good Location near good spots in Barranco. Hostel overall is small and a little boring. If you are looking for more sleep, this is the place to go. Staff was friendly and helpful

Location was great, right by the beach in a cool neighbourhood. The hostel was nice, rooms were roomy, beds comfy, nice shower. Clean too.

Only stayed here for two nights, and it was nice, chilled and pleasant. A little quiet perhaps but the staff are always milling around and can't do enough for you really. Breakfast is basic but fruit is always a nice addition to the obligatory bread. Proper brown bread though!

Excellent location. Some rooms even have an ocean view (probably not so much on the ground floor). Only issue for us was that internet unfortunately didn't work very well in our room, but that's fairly normal in Peru. The taxi they got us when we left was also a little pricey compared to what we often get on our own, but not too bad. All in all we were very happy here.

Excellent location in Barrancho, walk to restaurants and the main bus lines. Chris was a very helpful and friendly host with plenty of handy information about Lima and Peru.

Lovely hostel just steps from the beach. Alex and Chris (the staff) are both such nice guys and very helpful. It's not a party hostel, but as a solo traveler I had no problem meeting very nice people to hang out with. It's extremely clean. My only complaint was that the lockers didn't have locks and I wasn't advised in advance to bring my own, so I ended up having to leave my backpack unlocked. Nothing got stolen though.

The hostel could be nice... The hostel is close to the plaza, the breakfast ist ok and the rooms are good. In the hostel working mens and womens. The mens are nice. The womens are unbelievable unfriendly and the only thing they help you is to pay.
