I stayed there for 3 nights and I really liked it a lot. It is located in Barranco, one of the secure parts of Lima with smaller houses and a nice Plaza de Armas. There is a supermarket and many cafés, bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. The station of the Metropolitano (new and excellent bus system in Lima is 5min away). When I was there it was not very busy explaining the mark for "fun". Showers were great and the owners very helpful with info, booking tickets...I definitely would go back!
